Application to avoid risk

Covid-19 is a very contagious virus. When its spread has had a huge impact on the world, the topic people are most concerned about is " How can we protect ourselves from the COVID-19 during the pandemic?“

Maybe I can design an app that collects information to classify risk levels. After that it presents information on the map in the form of high-risk areas and low-risk areas and gives users different notifications.
